Our business philosophy is rather
simple. We are committed to providing our customers with technologies yielding better
products and leading to improved profitability. We support our customers throughout the
life of the technology, providing technical assistance, training, and upgrades to
the technology. Recognizing the unique challenges presented by each of our clients
individually, we respond with specific solutions as appropriate to such needs.
We believe that our unique process of problem solving is the key to our success in developing technologies offering novel solutions to problematic issues in the food and biotech industries.
Before examining solutions to any problem we heavily invest in developing a thorough
understanding of the underlying mechanism governing the problematic issue. In doing so, we
engage in a multidisciplinary approach, considering the chemical, physical, electrical,
biological, and mechanical interactions and interconnections at place. Once equipped with
an accurate model of the behavior at hand, we are able to research fresh - and often
radical - technological solutions. Mere incremental improvements over existing
technologies often fail to provide adequate solutions if the existing technology is based
on an incorrect or outdated model of the original problem.
Our new technology is then exhaustively tested in our lab and in industrial scale with
a variety of products. As we believe in providing solutions specifically tailored to our
clients needs, all our customers and potential clients can receive commercial quality
samples of their product using raw material provided by the client. Such
demonstrations can take place in the presence of the client's representative.
